Working With Schools, Districts, and Organizations that Care

What I do...

I create resources, guest lecture, and facilitate professional development workshops focused on critical praxis, de-centering whiteness, and culturally sustaining pedagogies in art education. I also develop strategic plans and complete policy reviews related to increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in arts organizations.

After studying the intersections between contemporary art, critical race theory, and social justice education at NYU, I spent 15 years teaching liberatory arts pedagogies in New York and South Los Angeles. Now, I use all of these experiences to advocate for more equitable, inclusive, and anti-racist practices in every arts classroom.
